This October, EFRA will join Synergy Days 2025 (21–22 October 2025, Rotterdam, the Netherlands), the leading European event connecting digital innovation and the agri-food sector. Hosted by the SmartAgriHubs Community and supported by the AgData Partnership, the event will gather policymakers, researchers, and innovators to shape the future of digital agriculture.
EFRA’s Presence
At Booth 09 (Ground Floor), we will present the EFRA Platform: an AI-enabled, secure-by-design, green data platform for proactive food risk prevention. The EFRA Platform integrates advanced data crawling, federated learning, and green AI learning approaches to predict and prevent food safety risks across Europe. Visitors will discover real-world applications addressing challenges such as poultry pathogen prediction, pest alarms, and automated regulatory analysis—demonstrating how EFRA strengthens resilience, transparency, and trust in the food system.
Pitch Session
On Day 2 (22 October, 15:30–16:00), EFRA will present how AI-driven predictive analytics can transform the way Europe manages food safety risks. The pitch will highlight EFRA’s mission to shift from reaction to prevention—empowering regulators, producers, and policymakers with early, data-driven insights.
Workshop: Business Models for AI-Powered Platforms in Bioeconomy and Food Chains
Co-organised by EFRA & ARGONAUT.
This interactive workshop will focus on co-developing and validating business models for two emerging digital platforms:
- EFRA, enabling predictive analytics and data sharing for food risk prevention.
- ARGONAUT, building an AI- and blockchain-based tool for life cycle impact assessment.
Participants will explore sustainable approaches to scaling AI-powered platforms and unlocking value in Europe’s digital bioeconomy.
